Hi folks, I am 34 yo, food lover but exercise hater who is married to a food AND exercise lover. As you can guess, we end up eating a lot of amazing dinners. DH burns em away whereas I am still living with all the ghosts of dinners past.
It's not that I hate exercise. I just can't stand the feel of sweat trickling through my hair. <Self deceiving excuses, anyone?
> Whatever, here I am feeling super excited with my discover of JUDDDD. I can eat EVERYTHING i want, on the Up day.
It's been almost 6 days and almost 6 lbs off. And I not getting that desperate-deprived feeling... you know what I mean, right? So, if you are on IUDDDD yourself, or are on some other wonderful program that is working for you, or want to shoot the breeze a lil... be my friend.

I am looking at this way of eating and seriously considering it. Have done it in the past and was successful for a short time. Looking to educate myself better about it and do it seriously this time. Will send friend request.0

Good luck. It did not work for me. I was getting too much of that "desperate-deprived feeling" on the down days, and ended up too much "eating everything I want" on the up days.0

Holy crap I just did the JUDDDD calc set at no activity and my down days would be 387 calories. Nope. Nope. Nope. I'd get my coffee and be permitted to lick a cheese stick and I'd be done.0 -
