I am trying to get my family health due to some recent medical changed in our lives. We are fast food junkies. I need help with new food idea's to make at home. any suggestions welcome.

    Hello :) If ya'll like taco bell, try making tacos at home. You can use lean ground beef, and if you measure how much meat and cheese you put on it, you can actually keep them pretty reasonable.

    A lot of the meals I make are in a crock pot, because I work overnight/sleep during the day, but like to have dinner ready when my boyfriend gets home. Chicken legs in light italian dressing are one of the easiest and cheapest meals I've found, and my boyfriend loves it.
