NEED TO VENT....NEED HELP??????
I have seriously lost my workout motivation!! I am still loosing weight because I eat properly but I haven't worked out since February of this year, due to a knee injury. I was relased two weekw ago and still can't find the motiviation. I was up to working out 5-6 days(45-60mins) doing Chalene Extreme/Turbo Fire Hybrid, in addtion to walking/running for 30 mins 3-4 days a week and I was able to run for 10mins without stopping.
How do I get back to that? Where do I start? I feel like I am starting all over again. :(:(

You know, I used to struggle with motivation all the time. I always felt like either I was excited to exercise, or simply just defeated. THis summer I took up running and there were plenty of days that I just didn't want to move, let alone run. I looked for excuses not to, reasons to be motivated to get up and finally I accidentally came up with my most motivational phrase I've ever had. I was talking with my husband who was trying to encourage me to get out on the road and finally, I was like "yeah yeah yeah, I know, just put the *kitten* sneakers on." I did so, and had probably one of the best runs to date. This was months ago, and I still consider it top three runs. So my advice....Just put the *kitten* sneakers on. You could end up having the best workout of your life, or just be extremely proud of yourself for just doing it.0

You get back to that the same way you started in the beginning.....by just doing it.
You've done it once before, so you can certainly do it again.0 -
If you don't start now, when are you going to? Why not today? You took a break, now the break is over. The weights and your workout program are not going to shun you. Get back to work and forget about your past.0
