Hi all,
I've been a member for some time now but have never really used the site the way it probably should be. I started off with the mobile app, tracking the food I eat to try and cut down on the carbs but have recently joined a gym so really want to make the most out of this place. It would be good to connect with like-minded people so that, on those days when the gym feels too far away, you can guilt me into getting off the sofa!

Greetings.....I managed to get myself off the sofa two months ago and with some smart eating and great exercise I am down 7kg in that time. Happy to help you get off that sofa.0

I don't do to much exercising since I work and have school all the time, but by switching up my diet a bit i lost 12-15lbs. I am here to talk to if you want a friend.0
