Overweight PiYo?

Anyone here significantly overweight or even morbidly obese that does PiYo? I NEED to improve my flexibility as it would greatly impact my job in a positive way. How do you do it?

I follow the video. I'm really not sure what you're asking. It does require strength if you want to do everything exactly as done in the video.0

I'm not overweight but I did just finish the 2 month PIYO program. There is a woman in the video that modifies everything. I don't see any reason why you couldn't at least start off using the modifications and work more into it as you get stronger and more flexible.0
