Taking weights but want to be thin and tone like a model/but having trouble.....

Nutrition diet not just protein shakes affordable and possible. What do you eat everyday or what strategys have you come up with to lose inches and pounds and is still losing?

I am 18 years old-5'6 and 150 pounds.

    You are at a healthy weight for your height and age. Focus on strength training rather than cardio exercise and eat to maintain. Muscle looks better than fat. There’s such things as being "skinny fat." Focus on being healthy. Yoga would count, and it's lots of fun.

    You will probably have to eat at a small surplus with 40% protein and 40% carbs to pack on alittle muscle. You wont gain much weight if you only add about 200 calories but that willl help you build enough muscle for that toned look and you will most likely be thinner in the end
