VO2 Max

Hi all.

I have recently started getting into regular exercise.

I'm slightly overweight but not too much.

I will be having a V02 max test at work in a few months, and i need to achieve 42.3 minimum standard.

Can anyone recommend any good exercises to help increase my V02 Max?

    Did you make it? What job are you in that demands this?
    Have to admit I'm feeling a little depressed right now as I can only get to 25.6.

    Yikes. Mine is 42 but that's considered superior for a 41 year old woman.
