I am 5'6"
I had lost 20 pounds from September 2013, but gained some back when I went on a 2-week vacation and pretended I had the metabolism of a pre-DUI Michael Phelps.
I cut calories, paid attention to macros (60 grams of protein a day, not super easy as a vegetarian, but I made it), and added a regimen of pushups, planks and bicycle crunches to my aerobic exercises.
August 2014
163lbs

Today
153lbs

wellllll, now that I look at it again, maybe there isn't as much of a difference as I thought. But I swear, in a certain light, I have abs now that I didn't have two months ago!0

There is a difference... your tummy isn't as 'fluffy', especially around the belly button area0

well you aren't going to see the same transformation with 10 lbs as you will with 100, but good job all the same! You can see a difference in the pics, in your middle and your arms too!0
