How awesome was NFL Week 7?

My rest day spent in my recliner watching NFL football was time well spent yesterday. There was a new Colt in town for the Washington Redskins, and he wasn't from Indy! McCoy breathed new life into a gasping team . Mr. Rodgers proved he and the Packers were kings of the neighborhood as they spanked the Panthers. The Seahawks were kicked out of their lofty nest. The Twelfth Man, who's been a little full of himself lately, suddenly clammed up and had nothing to say. Being a Redskins fan, I'm no fan of the Cowboys but was tickled to see them win nonetheless. I'll probably feel differently about that when they play the Redskins next week, but I was happy to see them beat the Giants this week. Coughlin throwing tantrums and Eli Manning who pouts like a baby when a play doesn't go his way. He wore that crybaby pout a lot yesterday! He should emulate his brother, Peyton, who win or lose is always a class act. I was thrilled to see him break Favre's record last night. He did it with humility and grace, in typical Peyton Manning fashion. It looks like Bronco fans have as much class as their quarterback. They displayed it as they stood up and applauded the injured 49er Kilgore being taken off the field in a cart. As if that wasn't enough to be happy about, the Broncos trounced the 49ers. Message to Harbaugh--being a jerk doesn't always work. What a great NFL football week it was!

I'm with Eddie. There is a shirt available that someone on my FL has as their profile pic right now. I want it.

For this Bears, Seahawk, Broncos household, it was a 2-1 weekend. Cutler, g*d damn it.

It was certainly awesome for my nephew and his wife. She is a longtime Bronco's fan and they were able to attend the game yesterday while vacationing in CO. She posted video of Manning's 509th! Said it was her 'best day ever', lol.

Been a loyal Cowboys fan for my whole life and was delighted to see a victory yesterday... and Romo's interception wasn't his fault...for once. :) We will see what happens next week with the Redskins. Love my boys, but they have a way of surprising me, and not always pleasantly. And yes, P.Manning is awesome. Always has been. Always will be classy.

That's awesome! I was almost ready to design one myself and replace "Cutler" with "Cousins!"

I'm a Dolphins fan, and my dad's a Bears fan so I was ringing him up last night for a bit of light mocking. If only Tannehill could play like that more often.

Yes, it was good to see the Dolphins win yesterday, especially against "Da Bears."

Thought about getting this one too. Then I can always have the winning team's shirt on.

If someone had to break Favre's record, I'm glad it was Peyton. The NFL needs more gents like him. Complete class.

Won't lie, I'm still slightly annoyed by the late loss to the Packers last week. Could be 4-2 right now, instead we're 3-3 which is basically no man's land.

My Steelers play tonight. They have been so-so at best this season, but I still love them.
