Hello to everyone!

My name is Jeremy and I am pretty new on here. I have been using the app for about a month now but I thought it was time to use all the tools here including the forums. I have a hyper thyroid diagnosis a couple years ago and it was pretty much the jump start to get my health in order. I try to work out and run at least 2 days on and 1 day rest. As of last week my endocrinologist informed me possibly my condition went into remission. No letting up now. Have to keep up the good work. I am not trying to gain muscle mass per say but I am trying to keep lean with nice muscle tone. I try to run about 4k four times a week if possible. I am pretty proud of myself because two years ago running at all just plain sucked. Now I find it quite relaxing with the right music. Not sure what else to say but good luck to everyone else making changes to their lifestyle.
