What should i do around noon to get back my energy??? Help

Depends on why you are lacking energy. Activity is good for a short burst of energy, but you have to know the reason ultimately.
It could be get more sleep, it could be get more food, it could be get some more vitamin B or D, etc. Good luck!0 -

Yea, eating lunch is a great way to get some energy, and if possible, I suggest drinking a cup of coffee with that lunch. Food gives us energy and so does caffeine. But no enery drinks. They're high calorie and overall just bad.
Light exercise, preferably outside.
Find something to motivate you and smile. It may sound ridiculous, but if you smile, even for a mere second, your mood atomatically gets better, resulting in more positive thoughts that give you some power you need.

Totally depends why you aren't energetic. Are you getting enough sleep? Are you eating enough during that time frame? How much water do you drink?
A bottle of water and a jog around the block on my breaks helps wake me up if I'm dragging.0 -
