Weight loss advice?

Ok so for the last two years I've struggled with weight loss. I started at 155 pounds and then got down to 141.6 as of two weeks ago. This of course it good progress, but here is the problem. They only time I ever really lost weight was when I was extremely sick over the last two years. When I get sick I have a HUGE decrease in appetite which caused me, of course, to lose weight. The first time I got sick everything I ate came back up for 4 days. By then I was 150 and after the flu I went down to 140(I wasn't happy with this since it was just from the flu). The second time this happened I had gained back 7 pounds bringing me to 147 but I got a bad cold again and went down to 141.6(again, I'm not proud of this).*I'm 5 foot 5 BTW.
The only time I seem to lose weight is when I'm sick but I want to change that. I couldn't workout since my downstairs neighbor(apartment) would come up and tell me to stop EVERY FREAKING TIME. I try to stay on a healthy diet but everything my parents buy is SO tempting(18 still live at home) and I don't have any money to even get some stuff that is healthy and my parents won't negotiate with me to buy different and more organic foods. We are moving to a house this weekend so until then I'm stuck with junk food and unable to workout until I move.
After I move and get settled, is there anything I can do food wise to gain self control and still lose weight without having to starve or binge? Also when I move, are there any good workouts that can be done in your home? My goal weight is 130 since my height and frame can weight a range from 127 to 145.

You can go for walks. And eat smaller portions of what your parents are making.0

Self control is my hardest issue, as it is with a lot of people. Be brutally honest with yourself and log everything. For me, that helps me stay in line better because I'd rather use calories on better options. You can make it work with the food you're provided, you just need to figure out portion sizes. Give some examples of foods you find in your house and maybe someone can help give you meal ideas.
Self control isn't about starving, either. It's ok to eat "junk" food as you put it, just learn to stay in your goals. Easier said than done, don't I know it. For me, writing everything down on paper as well as here helped me face portion control issues.
Workouts at home are easy. Fitness Blender, Nerd Fitness, etc. all have good stuff to do at home with body weight movements.0 -
Try to change your diet slowly. First, switch to water instead of, say, tea, soda and juice. Water only.
After a few weeks of that, add more fruits and veggies. I can get a bag of frozen veggies for $1 and I don't even go to discount stores. You don't need organic food.
Do some exercise. Try to work out a good time for it with the neighbor, but if they can't agree to one, screw them. Part of the hassle of living in an apartment is dealing with others living in close proximity. Too bad, so sad, get a life, loser. Do your exercises.
I think that is enough to work on at first! That's a lot!0 -
You can quietly workout with things such as calisthenics (squats, pushups, crunches, bicycles, etc.), yoga, resistance bands, dumbbells.
You don't have to eat organic to eat healthy. Just control your calories, which is going to be harder if you are living with someone that buys a lot of junk. It will take a lot of willpower.0 -

Get a part time job and use some money to buy fruits and vegetables. Save the rest of the money to move out.
Self control is hard, I like to use visual reminders. Hang a poster in your room of someone with a fit body that you admire. How can you eat ice cream in the same room with a six pack? (haha) Write a list of healthy snacks and tape it to the pantry door.
Good luck0 -
