Hungrier on off days

I am finding myself hungrier on the days that I don't run....anyone else experience this on their off days?? Anyone know why?

Bump up your calories by at least 300-500. You must not be hungry (if you don't have insane appetite, which most people dont), otherwise you will fail in a long run no matter what your goals are

But she didn't say if she was doing "long runs?"

I am the same way. I don't run, I cycle. The day of a really long ride, sometimes I'm not hungry. The next day I'm famished. I switched to the TDEE -20% method, and that has been working out much better. I feel like I can fuel my workouts, and then the next day I can eat enough to be happy with it.
