What do you have your Carbs / Fat / Protein percents set to and why?
Over the past few weeks, I've been messing around with the ratios, trying to figure out what works for me, but I'd like some more information. I know people have different philosophies about this, and I'd like to hear some of the pros and cons of different arrangements. Links to articles are welcome, too.

I follow the "Runner's Diet" from Runner's World (article linked below). That's 25% fat, 50% carbs, 25% protein. I need the carbs for my long runs.
