I am eating a paleo diet with added cheese. I am looking for recipes high in potassium. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :D

I Eat a lot of sweet potatos to get my potassium :) I cut them into wedges and brush on some olive oil, season with dried thyme and bake in the oven at 200 degrees c for 30 mins.. They taste soo good!

Another good source of potassium is mushrooms! You can buy portobello mushrooms and take the stick out and stuff them with things like spinach, rice, peppers, tomatos and bake them with a lil cheese on top... Loads of how to videos on you tube.

Potatos, tomatos, dates, avocado, dried apricot, green and leafy veggies (e.g. spinach), raisins, dried peas and beans. And our friend the banana, who got the reputation for having the most, but doesn't. :)

Almost none of that is paleo...

Meat and fish are full of potassium. Coconut water, mushrooms, dunno if you do squash.

Really none of that is paleo? Wow, guess I'm never ever going to eat anywhere close to paleo. Those were going to be my suggestions.
