  just joined MFP . have lost 30 lbs, and have kept it off for nearly 5 years, then they changed the program, and I got kind of confused....looking to take off 10-15 lbs. that I have recently put on. don't want to gain back all that I have worked so hard to lose and maintain. this looks like a great place to do it, and to get support. so feel free to send me a friend request.

thanks:laugh:

Hi, This is a great place to track food, and get the added touch of motivation from your 'friends'. Feel free to add me if you wish

What program were you following before it got confusing?

I lost 60 pounds on WW. Hit goal and then they changed to points plus so I decided to change to calorie counting.

On the old WW system, I was great at guessing points with no calculator when grocery shopping, etc. but not since they changed the PP.

I am really liking the calorie counting thus far and now I can see my vitamin and mineral intake too. Another plus is that I always thought I ate high carb low protein but my tracking so far shows it the opposite and I had no idea!

    Welcome to MFP!
Feel free to add me as a friend. I have 7-10 pounds left to lose , so we can support each other. :)

I am a lifetimer from the group you mentioned, but just couldn't adjust to the new plan. And I need the group support, so I am giving this a try............looks fantastic, with 24 hour support, and lots to learn, the tracking is great............thanks for any adds!

sounds like we are in the same boat nutty. after all, points counting is just a confusing way of counting calories. and I couldn't argue WW. the leaders are trained to tell you it is you, not them, not the plan. so here I am.......
