I just discovered that my scales are not working properly so I'm not sure how much I really weigh right now but at least I can tell roughly what I lost... this is soo annoying though :disagree:

I can't wait to see if I lost. My new scale is supposed to get here on Thursday so I'll get to see then. I'm sooooo looking forward to seeing a number under 200!

Apparently 20lbs is 9kg. I think that's doable. I'm 87kg, that would make me 78kg... I'd be rapt if I was that by Christmas and for summer. (Obviously I'm Antipodean). Trying as hard as I can to reach that goal can't hurt, and if I don't get there at least I'll get as far as I can0

I'd like to lose 50 by March- and this time keep it off for good! I'm so tired of the yo-yo weight thing (past 2 years I've bounced from 150-172 )...I need to be waaay more disciplined. Currently I get to 150, plateau and then give up...gaining what I've lost back...plus some this last time!0 -
Should we find something how to track everyones progress / make an overview or should just everyone post regularly and kind of track himself?
Its not so easy to track everyone but maybe it would be more motivating.
I think the easiest way would be to make an excel sheet and update it weekly and then post a screenshot of it here.. other ideas?0 -
I think that the list is too big.. That's what the OP said, anyway..
To reduce traffic, how about we do a monthly weigh in? So on the first of November, the first of December, and then Xmas Eve, we all weigh in, and post our loss? Or we could do it on the 24th Oct, 24th Nov and then Xmas eve?
That might be easier than doing it weekly, because it will be so hard to track!
On Xmas eve, everyone who reaches their goal can post a pic? Or something?0 -
I'm on page 3 making a list of everyone who wants to be apart of it finding it very difficult to try and make a list and keep it up to date
I will post list later on and will have to ask for everyone to update me with there weightloss so I can update the records :-)
