Oct 21, 2014 - LET'S SWEAT!

Today's the day I push my workout as hard as I can. I'm planning on making myself sweat like never before!

I won't be able to do my epic workout until later this evening (work always gets in the way, lol)!

Anyone care to join me in my push? I'm planning to upload a sweaty, hot mess of a pic after my workout just to keep myself accountable. Please feel free to add your own also!! Let's get our sweat on ;)

    I really like this idea. I tweaked my knee last week, so I'very been trying to take it easy as even short walks are causing pain. So I will find a low impact upper body workout to power through tonight. Thanks for the motivation!

    I did a HIIT workout this morning - 30 min of 4 minute tabata circuits...it was a sweatfest for sure! Have fun & drink your water :):):)
