Hi there.
Like it says in the title I'm new to myfitnesspal and I'm looking for friends to keep me motivated. I would like to drop 30 pounds by next year and then 20 more by next summer. This is a total of 50pounds!

  • I'd love some friends to help stay motivated and generally chat with, I joined MFP a while back but fell off the wagon for a while so to speak! My main goal at the moment is to log my food and exercise every day, and ultimately lose at least 70lb........... feel free to add me :)
