Hi. I don't subscribe to any one type of diet but just try eat balanced meals and stay below my calorie goals. It's been working for me. Good luck and I hope you can achieve all your goals.0

I'm with Valley. Skip the diet fads. This is a life long endeavor. You have to create long term, healthy habits to truly win this challenge. Full of tips if you want, some of them may even be useful
