Squat Challenge Question - In A Row Or In A Day?

Basically just like it sounds - when it comes to these challeges, do you have to finish all your squats in one "set" or can it be broken into twice or three times per day?

Not pre-defeating myself, just not sure if I could do 200+ squats in a row after only a month.

ETA, not without mucho resting between towards the end...

    in one session... basically, break it down into sets if you have to (ie: 4 sets of 50) with a brief (1-2 min) break in-between sets, but don't spread them out throughout the day.

    You can do it! And you'll feel awesome once you do :)
