Hi~ I have recently been diagnosed with sludge and gallstones . I also have a Auto-immune Disease which I take no medication for because all they prescribed me was ibuprofen for the swelling and pain and now I am allergic to it... So my question is I need to know why I cant eat beans,I love beans but on the Paleo-Gluten-Sugar Free diet I am embarking upon, so many people say no beans...I love beans and would love some ideas from people on this particular new lifestyle change that is insisted upon me unless I get surgery...I do not want surgery...Thank you so much any feedback is welcomed!!!

I'm confused by your post. Did your doctor tell you not to eat beans?

Did the doctor put you on the Paleo-Gluten-Sugar Diet?
    Paleo is no beans.

Why don't you ask your doctor instead of random strangers on the web?

I was told to limit fat to 2 tsp. oil/day. No fatty foods, fried foods, or spicy foods. Beans were fine. Ask your doctor.
