Hi everyone. 40 yr old married mom here from Oregon. I weigh roughly twice what I should weigh and struggle to take the time and energy to focus on myself. Not looking for pointers so much as just a community of friends to get the occasional "Atta girl!" from and give the occasional "You can do it!" to. I believe this weight loss odyssey can happen, but its a long scary process, so let's add each other and get it done!
