Nope. Just change your calorie goal to take the nursing into account. If exclusively breastfeeding, it's normally recommended to add 500 calories. If not bf-ing exclusively, use your judgement in adding a smaller number of calories.0

no but there is an option for it in the food database.
When you add it, it will show up as a -### in your food diary. On your home page it should show you that your net goal has increased.0
