I'm Lisa, I will be 3 weeks out on Thursday and looking for buddies in the same lifestyle. Always looking for great food ideas !

    I am a sleever. I think we might of had our surgeries the same day s I will be 3 weeks post op on Thursday as well. Feel free to add me.

    Hi! I am at three weeks out also. I just "graduated" to some soft foods --- eggs, fish and soft 2% cheeses. I still have my protein drinks for breakfast and a snack. I never thought I would be so happy to have an egg! Hope you all are doing well. :)

    I am three weeks out from VSG as well. Still on soft foods and went back to work this week. I hope you are doing well and look forward to sharing food ideas and lifestyle discussions.
