Started MFP 30 days ago having previously lost 65 pounds. Thinking about changing my ticker to reflect the total lost - not just the 16 I've lost since joining MFP. Wondering if looking at the larger number will keep me motivated.
What are your thoughts? What did you do? Thanks!

If you’re uncomfortable you can always explain the loss on your homepage. I’ve seen others do this. The only complaint that I’ve seen is people claiming pregnancy weight (pre-birth) as their start weight. I agree that this is an unfair representation of weight loss achieved.0 -

I think you should if it helps motivate you. Consider MFP as one of the battles in the overall war. The overall is most important. Congrats btw0
