2 weeks..

I've been at this consistently now for about 2 weeks. 2 weeks of watching what I put in my mouth, working out almost every damn day ( almost..if I've had 4 days straight and I don't wanna on the 5th..I'll take my rest day and enjoy it) and drinking water (which for me, is a miracle). Now I'm not sure if its just me, but I think my legs tummy and *kitten* are jiggling less. My husband says I look a bit less frumpy.. I'm under the understanding that you probably wont see a difference in 2 weeks. Feel one yes ( I do feel better, noticed I don't have that massive 1-3 o'clock crash anymore, and if I do, its waaaay less) but not sure about the physical aspect. Anyone like this or is it just me. I hope not. I'm the queen of never finishing what I start, so progress this fast would help me keep going for sure. :)

Back in January when I started this process I had actually gained 2lbs after the first two weeks. I have since lost that plus 20 more. Just keep at it - it'll come. There will be weeks of nothing and then you step on the scale and 2lbs have disappeared somewhere.
  • I'm not looking at the scale, I'm going by measurements and my clothes. I do step on the scale but if it doesnt move, whatev... just a number anyways

Then I have no idea what you are actually asking. Personally I use a number of metrics to guage progress.

What I was asking, was how long did it take for other people to feel like they were firming up, even a bit. Like not jiggling as much. I don't care if I go to 130 or 115, what my goal is, is to tighten up. Weight loss is great, but I'm not focusing on the number, I'm focusing on physical aspects of it. Sorry if there was any confusion.
