I decided not to shave my beard until I lose 15 pounds

I have a total of 100 pounds to lose, but have had a rocky start. My beard is already full but I won't trim it until I'm 15 pounds down.

Partly as a goal, and partly because I grow it to hide my fat face.

    That pic is me when I was skinnier. I was 235 at that point in time, which is the lowest I've been. I use that to motivate myself, even though I wanted to be 40 pounds lighter then.
