Rockin Body

Has anyone here done Rockin Body? I finished 30DS and I am on Ripped in 30, but wanted to switch it up some. I did Rockin Body Disco Groove the first time last night and it seemed super easy! I am unsure how I should log my calories burned. Anyone know!? I'm 5'4 and 129 lbs.

I own Rockin' Body and love it...they area ll fun! I have a HRM So i can get my cals burned that way..but i guess you should just look up Dancing General in the Data base and use that...prob be the closest.

Do you have an HRM. If you do you can just create the exercise and input the calories off the HRM. Hope this helps

I would say "Aerobics, High Impact" I also do Rockin Body & dont use a HRM.

Would Rock it Out be considered circuit training? I know it's not just strength training because you are moving a lot without so there is an aerobic component. What do you all think?

My HRM is on the fritz :'( and I don't have money to replace it right now.
