Saw this on Facebook today .. if this doesn't inspire anyone then i don't know what can.
Even if the pic is a fake its still technically right.

Awesome! My parents always told me I was big boned and I would never be able to get below 170 pounds. I'm at 145 and do not look super thin, no bones sticking out like I was told I would have and no one would say I am anorexic. I love this photo.

I have to say though that some people are just larger framed. Just saying.

This is a perfect illustration of the self-delusion some suffer.
Some are "big boned"...or "curvy"...or "carrying it well"...

This brings back an old incident I had back in 94' when I went to join the gym at the Y. I was 200lbs at the time. The receptionist giving me the tour was questioning me about my goals and I stated to her I wanted to weigh 125lbs. She told me that was not a realistic size as I was big boned like her. I was truly insulted. Because of that comment I chose not to join. I am older now and my goal weight is 135lbs. I am 15lbs shy of that. I have small to medium build.

While frame sizes vary, the percentage of circumference of bones is about the same relative to frame size.
"Big boned" is just a PC way to say someone is just................big.

That looks so uncomfortable. It must be terribly hard to feel physically well when you are carrying that much extra weight. Think of the stress on the organs and skeleton. wow. :'(
