Update from the low carb thread

I posted on Monday, 4 days ago, that I hadn't lost any weight in a week and had stuck to my plan. Everyone insisted I was eating too much, so I bought a food scale. I discovered when I started weighing my food, that when I was only having 2 slices of turkey on my low carb wrap, and calling it a serving, I could actually have 4 slices to make up that serving. Same with cheese. When I was only putting 1 slice of cheese on my wrap, I could actually have 2 1/2 for a serving. It seems I was actually UNDER estimating many things.
So, I would like to say that when I weighed myself this morning, I AM DOWN 3 lbs! Woot! Did I starve myself in 4 days, nope!
I was feeling really bloated for several days and I think it could have had a lot to do with my sodium intake last week. Some days I had a lot because of some ring bologna and turkey sausage I was eating.
In any case, I was not over eating, as many insisted. The food scale actually made me discover that I can eat more. (Love that scale!)
Thanks to all of those who offered advice and encouragement to keep on going. I rec'd many PM's as well with some advice, many who told me this was normal at week 3 and to up my water and to not give up. So, THANK YOU! I am back in the game! Woo hoo!
