    About 55 pound difference -- top pic was labeled incorrectly and should have been 233. I've lost all over but it really shows in my face I think. Same amount to go, but I'm hoping the majority leaves below the neck!

    Here's my first post, ever :) I'm pretty happy to notice that this morning I hit 30 pounds lost. I still have two-thirds of my journey left, but even this bit has made me so much more comfortable with myself!

    Yes! I totally agree. Wow, forget the facelift. Lose the weight! I'm in. Congrats to all who posted here. You're awesome. I've been avoiding taking "before" pictures because it just seems so depressing, even though I've already lost 5 pounds since I started (and 45 more to go) but this makes me want to do it so I'll have something to compare it to!
