Measure BMI: Small frame, medium frame, or large frame?

First post, so bear with me!
Small bit of background about me before I ask my question:
Have always been big into Field events, hence really strong, but also got to be obese. At 5'11" and nearly 300 pounds, still scarey to think about. Started my weightloss journey a few years ago, and lost about 100 pounds. When I felt I wasnt losing as much I joined MFP, and have lost about another 20 pounds. Just recently added my best friends to it, and have really started to be motivated.
I'm now just on the verge of being at healthy BMI. However, sites list if you're a small, medium or large frame? How do you know?
I come from a German, Dutch, and Irish background. So I assume I'm large framed?
Does anyone know how to measure, or what kind of frame they are? Thanks!

You can Google "body frame size" and find tons of different calculators.
I'm of German and Irish descent and have a small/medium frame.0 -
That website is great! Thanks!0

If your fingers overlap when gripping your wrist you are small frame. If your fingers meet then you are medium frame and if you can't touch your fingers together then you are large frame.0

Yes, it's about your wrists. I have a small frame and my wrists are tiny. I'm not sure about the finger and thumb overlapping being a definite sign - because some people with big frames could also have very big hands, and might still be able to overlap finger and thumb. You can measure with inches though - see here: http://www.livestrong.com/article/219938-how-to-know-your-body-frame/
Most Irish women I know have small frames, and most Dutch women I know have large frames, and I find German women vary quite a lot. So I don't think you can work it out from your background if you're a combination of all three!0 -
I'll have to do some measuring to be sure, thanks again for the replies!0

Just worked out I was 'small' body frame. Always thought of myself as 'large' body frame before. Downside to looking up my body frame size was realizing that now I need to lose even more lbs to get to my 'ideal' weight one day.0
