I was just wondering if there was a health difference in this.

I don't really put anything on the salmon except some rub and dill.

Thanks!

You can do so much more with the salmon on the grill. Try barbecuing it.

Don't believe there is any nutritional difference. I eat a lot of Salmon, grilled 90% of the time.

I would leans towards grilling being a little healthier as it's going to let some of the oils drip away. I think either option is perfectly healthy though.

George Forman grill is a great way to grill salmon or anything for that matter. The problem I find with with grilling is that it's a bit of a chore when cooking for 1, I do it maybe once a week but I can get the same result from a George Forman every night of the week from my kitchen.

I know most people like grilling, but I really love baking it in one of my cast iron pans. And any oils that come from it go *right* back on top of it. Fish oil? C'mon - you should be fighting to eat those. :-D

    thanks guys! :D

I had grilled some yesterday and baked it today. I think I prefer it grilled. I was just making sure that it was equally healthy :D
