Hoffbrau's Steakhouse Nutrition

I'm going to Hoffbrau's tonight for dinner and I can't find the nutritional value anywhere. MFP doesn't have it, nor their website, can't even find it through a Google search. Does anyone have any nutritional info for the 8oz sirloin steak without the lemon butter sauce? I will most likely have 1-2 rolls, a salad and a baked sweet potato or steamed veggies as well.

Any info would be great!

Thanks!

IF you enter each in seperate you will find them all in the database.

I agree.. Just enter them all separately into the database.

Everything calorie wise is an approximation anyway.. so just leave a few over at the end of day to calculate for any errors.

I can enter in the salad, veggies and approximate the rolls. But MFP doesn't have Hoffbrau's at all. And there's such a difference between like a Saltgrass sirloin and a Walmart sirloin that I don't know how to log it.

Best thing to do (what I would do anyway) is google the nutritional info for a generic 8oz piece of sirloin steak and go with the one you think sounds about right. It may not be exactly what the restaurants values are, but it will be the closest you will get.
  • I know this is an old thread, but I found it because we have a lunch meeting there today. I found this, from HOFFBRAU's, guess that is as good as it will get on the nutritional info.
