Eating every 2 hour plan

So I'm trying this eating every two hours I've heard is so important. Am I supposed to eat even if I'm not hungry?
I've NEVER been successful in changing my eating habits, and I have no idea if I'm doing it right and eating the right things.
Anyone else feel like that when they started?
How long does it take for results to show that I'm making good choices?

Some people do really, really well eating every two hours and others hate it. Meal timing isn't really important to weight loss. It can help with things like energy levels, hunger, gym performance, etc. but that varies from person to person. Calorie deficit and activity levels are going to be the biggest factor, everything else is just about finding what's best and most sustainable for you in the long term. If you like eating every two hours, then great! Keep it up. But if you don't, then don't feel like it's something that you need to stick to.0

Within a very short time, I've gotten my body used to eating every two hours and like clockwork, I'm starving every two hours. But there are times when I'm not, so maybe I'll just not eat when I'm not and do when I am. I just hope that the things I'm eating every two hours are good things, and that I'm not getting too much of this, or too little of that.0

If you want advice on your food choices, opening your diary would be a good next step. But, if you're tracking your food here, you can see for yourself whether or not you're hitting all of your calorie and nutrition goals. If you're meeting your calorie and macro goals and eating a varied diet to get your vitamins and minerals, then you should be okay. It's tough to be more specific without more details.0 -
