Having trouble with the last 18 pounds I need to lose

So I've accomplished 20 some odd pounds, and I only have about 18-25 pounds to go. Problem is no more is coming off! I eat around 1200-1250 calories per day and exercise about 30 minutes a day 5-7 times per week as time permits. It's been about 3 or 4 weeks and my weight has stayed around the 136-138 range. Should I increase the amount of exercise I do?

I did a thing called a refeed day on Wednesday, if you've been dieting for ages and your carbs have been low it could mean that your leptin levels have dropped.

To counteract this a lot of people have a refeed day once a week, so yesterday I had 1,200 calories worth of carbs on top of all my normal meals.

I thought I'd really enjoy it but it's actually quite difficult, you need to try and keep your fat under 50g; it doesn't mean stuffing your face with doughnuts!

If you're going to do it try doing it on a leg day :)

That sounds like something I would have to plan for ahead of time, usually I just eat based on Calories and not other things (I know, shame on me). That sounds really interesting though, but I do eat plenty of pasta maybe that will help? I'm sort of a newbie when it comes to eating properly and exercising properly (still learning).
