So heres whats up. i am currently 200-205 something pounds (haven't weighed myself in over a week) anyways I want to get to my goal weight of 120-130lbs
I am hoping to reach this by like june time.... is this possible? has anyone accomplished something like this? if so how... let me hear your stories
I always want to workout but i work everyday pretty much; 3p-1a and want to exercise in the morning, but to tired to get up... need motivation. HONESTLY! i was thinking of mixing up 21 day fix exercises and insanity and doing those 30 day challenges and stuff like that... (at home workouts)
also want to start eating more healthy, chicken, fish (i love!!!!) veggies (hate!) but got to eat. you get the point!
I would love to hear everyones stories that have accomplished losing around 80 lbs and how long did it take you? what was you eating like? cheat days? exercise? etc..

Well that is roughly 31 weeks away.
Safe weight loss is generally 1-2 lbs per week.
So you could lose anywhere from 31lbs to 62lbs by June.
You might lose a little more than 2lbs per week at the beginning (I know I did) without trying. However eventually it will slow down. Please don't cut calories drastically low (under 1200) just to lose all the weight by June (malnutrition and all it's nasty side effects just aren't worth it).

just get back to the basics
1. water water water No sugary drinks ( milk is fine if u have breakfast)
2. Vegetables ( they are a must very good for aiding weight loss)
3. exercise ( i personally walk 30 min a day but any type of cardio would help at least 20-30 min a day)
4. Be consistent ( very easy to stray away from cardio and diet but remember what your goal is everyday)
So back in high school ( im sophmore in college) at the very most i weighed about 250-255 pounds.
Im 5'8 and was suppose to be at around 160 pounds. I found weights and got really into it and wanted to get big ( muscular wise). So from November 2008 to about February 2009 i lost about 40 pounds. In your case yes its highly possible to lose that amount of weight in that period of time..who knows maybe you will get there before june.
But overall its just a matter of being consistent with your diet and exercise
I believed in plateaus back then and probably every 3 weeks would do something different so that my body does not get used to the same thing. maybe walk for 3 weeks to a month straight then change it up and do some insanity.
I would suggest cheat meals once a week. you can also have a cheat day but try not to over do it.
If you have a more questions or concerns ask and maybe I can help
I hope you have a great year of losing weight! have a blessed day!0
