Prepare food the night before. Makes things a lot easier in the morning.

I work second shift so I cook a leisurely lunch and make double so I can take some for dinner. The same concept would work for a delicious dinner with leftovers for lunch. If you really don't like to eat the same thing twice in a row, start cooking double dinners, pack one in the freezer, and after a week you'll have a collection to rotate for lunch.

If it's just one meal, it won't kill you. Drink lots of water, I bet it's full of sodium.
Can you get any vegetables to add to the soup? I'm thinking maybe a carrot you can slice into small pieces? It will add a bit of crunch, give you something to chew on. Or just get a lettuce-based salad with it, go easy on the dressing.

In an otherwise healthy diet, one meal is rarely too bad.

Sounds like sodium train to bloat city, imo. Bad idea, especially for lunch when you have the rest of the day ahead of you.

I'm not sure about the sodium since the label did not mentioned sodium at all. The problem is I ate it for lunch everyday. I guess l like how fast I can make it and my pocket is not so deep nowadays...

It is a pile of calories with almost no nutritional value and a butt load of sodium.

Ramen is deep fried noodles -- lots of calories.

Nope, it's just 140 cal. The ramen is the air dried instant type.. (just plain ramen no seasoning whatsoever)
