need a good workout

in terms of weight i am ok but i want to tone my body really fast (like in 10 days or so).
can anyone recomend me a good and short workout keeping in mind that i still have some fat on my body.

i have tried jillian micheals workouts (they are amazing) bu now i find her style slightly monotonous.
PLEASE HELP ME THANKS

    cant tone in 10 days ive done 30 day shred twice going onto ripped in 30 next month its taken me 4 months to look even remotely not flabby
  • Try blogilates, on YouTube. She has lots of cardio and Pilates workouts targeted on toning certain parts of the body, and also a monthly calendar telling you which workouts to do each day!

    Not going to happen in 10 days, sorry. If it was that easy, the whole world would be tone. Lift weights if possible.

    yes won't happen - however after 10 days you'll have another target so why don't you start training so that next time you want to be 'toned' you have a fighting chance of being there

    i did P90X3 which was great for losing bodyfat, its a 90 day programme...
