I am starting Insanity tomorrow and would like to know if anyone on here would like to tell their progress throughout the months for extra motivation? I've done insanity before and lost 13 pounds in just 8 days with NO change in my nutrition so I know it works. If anyone has any success stories please feel free to comment!

Hi katiequeen3,
I have recently started the Insanity workout. Just completed Day 7! I actually started my weight loss journey about 4 months ago, and lost 22 pounds in 3 months by following Jillian Michael's workouts.
I slacked after that, for a month. Thankfully, I didn't gain any weight back. This time though, I've decided to hit it harder and have chosen to do the Insanity workout. I have already started feeling a difference in body, which is great! No success story from my side, yet. But, for extra motivation, I challenge you to do it again, with me. Let me know how it goes for you!

I did Insanity about 3 months ago. I can't necessarily remember how much weight I lost with it, but I started with T25 at the end of Feb and then finished that and did Insanity. Between the two I lost 20-23 pounds. I ate a calorie deficit, but did not follow Insanity or T25 meal plan. I do think it made my body a lot leaner. My stomach looked smaller than it does now (I'm doing P90X3 right now). I'm interested in doing Insanity Max 30, but it doesn't come out until December (I think), but I plan to do a T25/Insanity/P90X3 hybrid once I finish P90X3.

Thank you for your input! I completed two weeks straight with my sister, and we took a few days off due to our schedules not matching up, but we are back at it again, and we are also joining planet fitness for an extra push. I've gained weight doing insanity, but I did some research and it's mentioned a few people gained weight the first month due to muscle mass. But the weight is usually dropped during the second month and that's when people started really seeing their bodies change. My ultimate goal is to lose 40 pounds by the beginning of the summer and to actually feel comfortable in my body at a water park. Good luck to you ladies, hope to hear your results as well!0
