Ok my goal is 1620
food is +2140
excercise is -545
Net is 1595

Question is: Am I suppose to be below my goal? Is that healthy to be under BMR if that is what GOAL is?

I guess I don't get the question because that looks perfect to me! I try (don't always succeed) to stay under, but not far under. Being under like you are 25 calories is perfect!!!! Your net should be at or just under your goal, and that's exactly where you are!!!!

    Great job!

You "should" be exactly at your goal (or even a little above it: MFP assumes you'll fudge it up by a few hundred calories a day), but there's no harm in being under your goal as long as you're not starving yourself.

What makes you say that "MFP assumes you'll fudge it up by a few hundred calories a day"?
  • Thanks guys and girls for thee quick responses to my question. I was just making sure because I have read it on several different sites that you never want to go below your BMR because thats what your body needs if it is just laying in bed all day.
  • However on this site the GOAL might have already taken that into consideration
