Hiya :smile:

I am currently 5'4'' and 154 pounds..I have recently started the Power 90 Master Series and I'm currently on day 19 & I am also counting my calories for the first time ever. Earlier this year I lost 14 pounds for an occasion by juice fasting & doing the 30 day shred, and the results looked pretty good but gained all the weight back after I stopped doing it - as I knew I would, oops!

Struggling to lose weight at the moment, only lost a pound so far which is crazy, and I do wonder if it's because I'm allowing myself a treat every day but it does fit in with my calorie intake..hmmm. not sure!

I would love some friends because I'm usually pretty rubbish at sticking with something, although this time I feel really really motivated which is weird! I would really like to be 130 pounds, but I would actually like to be a size 8-10 again as my main goal. I gained a lot of weight during university and I'm currently in my last year and I don't want to qualify overweight!
