    btw Kaz, I'm an artist - became an adult student and was awarded a Dip in Social Work (L6) a few years back however, I don't wish to take up social work as a career...I am a SAH mum of 1 adopted boy (I have 4 stepkids all grown up)... Our 11 year old keeps us on our toes these days - and we wouldn't have it any other way. About to kickstart art workshops for folk and their kids who could not usually afford such a fun activity. I was successful at receiving a grant in order to run some workshops so... taking my sweet time to put this into action! Have had flu bugs galore for last 2 weeks - only feeling semi normal now... have upped the exercise and downsized the food intake with 1 protein shake per day instead of bacon and eggs for brekkie! Feeling great atm... apart from the coughing fits!
