Sticking with it!

I have come to realize this is a lifelong commitment, and I'm o.k. with that. I just have to remember to make realistic goals. I would love to hear from those who are on this road as well.

    hi sunflowers im with you i set myself small weight loss goals and realise now that it is a lifelong commitment for a longer healthier life, when I used to try and loses weight I would be like well when I lose weight I ccan eat that stuff again now I know that a treat now and again is ok but healthy food choices are going to be an everyday thing
