Activity level help

So, I'm a little lost on what to enter my activity level as. I work 2 days out of the week, and on weekends every other week. My job is some what labour intensive, I work 12 hours every shift, carrying heavy objects. On days off I hit the gym for about an hour or two. I'm thinking I should put very active?

Very few people are truly sedentary, so lightly active. Exercise is separate from activity level, and since you're only working two days a week, start there. You can always adjust it later.0

Exercise isn't part of your activity setting on MFP. That's why you get credited with extra calories for exercise when you log it.
Try either very active or active because of your job and re-evaluate after 4 weeks and adjust based on your weight loss results and how also you feel on your calorie setting,0 -
k, awesome. I'll give it a shot! Thanks a bunch! .0
