Well I work out for about an hour each and everyday. But the thing is by the time night time comes I feel like I am filled with so much energy it's like I drank a bunch of them energy drinks or something except I didn't drink anything but water (I don't drink energy drinks). So like is it bad if I work out again?
I feel like I could work out twice a day instead of my usual 1 hour but I wasn't sure if this was a good idea or even healthy to do which is why I haven't done it yet. I have so much energy I feel like I could lift a car lol but seriously what are your thoughts and or experience with working out more then once a day?

Well I do a lot of cardio and I am trying to get into weight lifting exercises more now. Some days I will take it easy and do the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels along with some other form or cardio or weight lifting after, But I always make sure to finish and complete my full 1 hour of working out per day I have not skipped a single day in probably close to 2 months now.

I see no issue with pulling off two a days (ie training twice a day). I actually did it this past Friday for the same Reasons described In your OP. I don't make a hobby of it but if you want to do this on a consistent basis I see no problem as long as you eat And train properly.0

I wouldn't do weight lifting doubles, but cardio and jillian michaels calisthenics? Doubles all day long.0

You arent taking any rest days?0

No I am not taking any days to rest at this time and I feel great. I have worked out each and everyday in a row for the past 2 months with no days off and I have not had a single problem so I didn't think it was a bad thing to work out for an hour each day. I just wasn't sure about the working out for 2x a day.0

Just keep in mind man, rest is extremely important for your body to repair.
No rest = no repair = no improvement.0 -

Maybe this is why my scale seems to get stuck sometimes from time to time on the same number? Like how many resting days would you say a person needs in order to properly lose weight? I was not aware resting days were as important I just know when I work out I feel amazing each time when I am done.

Rest days don't cause weight loss.
Caloric deficit does. Rest days allow your body to repair from what you're doing to it. I always feel amazing when I'm done working out. Once I get over the exhaustion. However, if you want to get physically better, then you rest, let your body recharge, repair, you refocus your mind, and you hit it hard.
I go for 2-3 "rest" days a week. 1 of actual rest, and one or two where instead of lifting I'll do some swimming, or yoga, or a hike, whatever.0 -
you can totally work out again. just make sure you eat enough too.0

As long as you're up to it, I don't see why not. I usually exercise 2-3 hours a day, most days. Humans aren't meant to be sedentary creatures.0

Maybe you should up your workout density. Time your breaks, less reps/more weight, intervals for cardio. Then you're working out harder, in a short period of time.0
