I will be staying in a hotel for the next 5 months. I don't think I will have a fridge or microwave, I need good healthy food ideas. im trying to get healthy and lose weight.

If you are staying there for so long and your room doesn't have a fridge, make friends with the manger and see if you can use the staff facilities. Aside from that, you can purchase a mini fridge or a microwave. For nearly half a year, they would be worth the investment (and you can usually find them used). Aside from that ice/cooler to keep a couple days worth of produce/deli meat/cheese/yogurt.

they also sell single burners that work the same way as an electric stove you just plug them into the wall. Also immersion heaters will heat liquids.

I have lived in a hotel for awhile. Getting a microwave and mini fridge have been a lifestyle.
