A little bit of success!!!

I have lost twenty pounds in 5 weeks!! I work out six days a week, three of those days with a personal Trainer. For years I maintained 299-300 and above. Now I'm at 282 with still a long ways to go but happy I could make it to the 280's. I haven't seen the 280's sadly in two years. I can fit into old clothes in my closet and old Pajamas.

I can't wait to post here when I reach my ultimate goal!!! :)
