I started my weight lose goal again 5 days ago. I went from 3-4 liters of pop and chips takeout fried everything to about 5 cups veggies more fruit I think less protein and only 2 liters of water. Now the past 3 days I notice I am more bloated( guessing due to high fiber) but I also notice I sweat more even doing little things.
I also think my calories are way way down also.
I am just looking to see if this is normal should I be drinking more water or liquids I am 390 pound male.
Thanks for any and all help.

I don't see any diary entries the past few days; how are you logging your calories?0

Pleased to meet you. I agree, you have not made any diary entries yet. You need to log to be able to tell what is going wrong or right, even eating as you say you were would identify where your least healthy choices are so you can decided where to go with this and to make good decisions in the future. It could be, possibly be you are eliminating toxins but this is probably more of a wish.

It could be that you were dehydrated from drinking so much pop and salt.
If you traded those two things for water and food, your body might just be adjusting to normal levels of sweat.0 -
Be careful. Sweating may indicate hypoglycemia or diabetes. You should see your doctor.0

OK back up. Did you decide on this radical diet change by yourself or are you under the guidance of a doctor? If you're under the guidance of a doctor, then these are the kind of questions you should be asking them. If not, a chat with a doctor would be a good idea just to make sure you are going about this in the healthiest way for you.
I'm sure the bloating/gas is just a side effect of the veggies (look up the 'vegan restaurant' Portlandia sketch... ;-), and I'm sure the sweating is just a normal part of the adjustment process your body is going through - you have made some BIG changes in the last 5 days and that's going to be a big shock to the system.
That said, NOBODY on these forums should be giving advice about potential medical conditions, even if they are a doctor, because they don't know you, haven't done the tests etc. If in doubt, seek EXPERT help, not help from random unqualified people on the internet.
Good luck!0 -

"That said, NOBODY on these forums should be giving advice about potential medical conditions..."
...So, isn't this a contradiction?0
